BOARDS & BREW - SENIOR EVENT

Gather in the 212 lobby at 11:30AM on Wednesday, August 14th for coffee and games! We’ll have prizes, drinks and snacks. Guests are welcome, see you there!

BOOTCAMP & BREW

Join us on Saturday, August 17th for another workout at District 1 Brewing! $15 buys you a LIT style Bootcamp workout followed by a drink of your choice. N/A options available. Tap here to save your spot

Max Lift Competition

Prove your strength in our max lift challenge! Between Aug 1st and 17th record your 1 rep max on bench press, deadlift and/or squat. Each lift submission counts as a raffle entry for a protein prize pack! Tag us on social media with your lift video for an extra entry. All competitors will be recognized on a leaderboard after the submission period ends. We can’t wait to see what you’ve got! 

Lifts included in the competition are bench press, deadlift and back squat. Please use the Google form to submit your video and personal details to be entered into the raffle.
