WHAT IS LIT?

LIT team training workouts are designed with everything you need. We train three days a week on strength, focusing each day on different muscle groups. In between strength days, we have Bootcamp and Knockout which will burn calories and make you move in different ways. Expect to leave each day feeling strong, confident and satisfied with your hard work.

We are here for you and can accommodate a variety of fitness levels. This balanced program will give you the optimal results you have been looking for. The only thing missing is you!

STRENGTH

Lifting heavy to build muscle. Upper body, lower body, total body using barbells, dumb bells and so much more.

BOOTCAMP

Unleash your inner athlete with this challenging, fun, and results-driven workout featuring battle ropes, med balls, sleds, TRX and more!

BOXING BOOTCAMP

Boxing workout using a variety of strikes, kicks and explosive moves.
