NASM-CPT / Bachelor of Science - Exercise & Sport Science

212 Fitness has been my second home since I was 13, and I’m beyond excited to be a part of a team that helps others feel confident and strong in the gym. Whether you're new to fitness, getting back into a routine, or chasing specific performance goals, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at UW–Stevens Point. I personally love to lift and am an avid biker. My passion for movement, combined with both academic and hands-on experience, has allowed me to work with a wide range of individuals, from athletes to those just beginning their wellness journey. No matter your starting point, I’ll meet you where you’re at.

My coaching style is evidence-based and customized to your needs. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve your form, follow a structured training plan, get comfortable with equipment, or simply have a friendly face to motivate you, I’ve got you covered. I love helping people create sustainable routines and positive relationships with exercise.

Even if personal training isn't what you're looking for, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to answer questions or point you in the right direction.

Let’s find what moves you—and have fun doing it!
