Ever since I was little, I was always doing something active. I was born and raised in Stevens Point, where I played two sports in high school. But I have always had a passion for fitness and health. So, I went to Mid-State and got my Associate in Applied Science Degree, Health and Wellness Promotion. Now I want to help others achieve their fitness goals.
