Lit Class Descriptions Schedule

  • Lifting heavy to build muscle. Upper body, lower body, total body using barbells, dumb bells and so much more.

  • Unleash your inner athlete with this challenging, fun, and results-driven workout featuring battle ropes, med balls, sleds, TRX and more!

  • Boxing workout using a variety of strikes, kicks and explosive moves.
